as it is held it gives the user the ability to fire a cone of flames as a full round action. The cone is 30 feet, and does
3d6+2 fire damage. Reflex DC 15 + user’s
dexterity modifier halves damage. Sets creatures on fire. The user gains resistance 10 to fire and cannot be set on fire while holding the talisman.
Use Activated Powers:
Make a Charisma check DC 20 to use the following. 5+ ranks in spellcraft, use magical device,
concentration, or knowledge (arcana) grants a +1 synergy bonus to the check
each. Any spell like saves use
Dexterity as their key ability and the user’s level as the caster level.
- Produce Flames: 1/day, the user may cast the Produce Flames spell.
- Pyrotechnics: 1/day, the user may cast the Pyrotechnics spell
- Fire Blast: 3/day, double the cone (60 feet) and damage (6d6+6) of the fire cone, also reduce any save against it by -4 for a single attack of it.
- Draconic Kinsmenship: 3/day, 10 minutes/activation. You gain the ability to use the Draconic and Infernal languages. You also gain a +2 bonus to bluff, diplomacy, intimidation, and sense motive against dragons, creatures clearly related to dragons, or any creature that clearly speaks one of the two languages above.

long as it is held it gives the user a +2 to their fortitude saves and any
constitution checks they make, including activating this item. They also gain a +2 to all heal/treat injury
skill checks they make.
Use Activated Powers:
Make a Constitution check DC 20 to use the following. 5+ ranks in spellcraft, use magical device,
concentration, knowledge(arcana) grants a +1 synergy bonus to the check each. Any spell like saves use Constitution as their
key ability and the user’s level as the caster level.
- Cure Light Wounds: 3/day, the user may cast the Cure Light Wounds spell.
- Cure Moderate Wounds: 2/day, the user may cast the Cure Moderate Wounds spell.
- Cure Serious Wounds: 1/day, the user may cast the Cure Serious Wounds spell.
- Restoration: 1/week, as standard touch action, you can restore all lost temporary damage to all ability scores the target may have taken. You may target yourself with this action.
- Cleanse: 1/week, as standard touch action, you can completely remove all diseases or poisons on the target. You may also use this to remove any blindness, deafness, or curse the target may be inflicted with. This will not lift curses on items or areas, just on creatures. You are immune to any communicable curse, disease, or poison the target may have when you touch them with this effect. You may target yourself with this action.
